Lloyd's of London reduce their risk with the RapidReach Emergency Notification Service

After a lengthy investigation process, Lloyd's of London selected the RapidReach Emergency Notification Service (ENS) to replace a time-consuming and unsatisfactory manual call cascade. Adopting a cautious approach following a previous bad experience, RapidReach stood up to rigorous scrutiny to meet their performance expectations.
